G – Good for many things
A – Antioxidant effects
R – Restoration of memory
L – Life extension
I – Immune modulation
C – Cancer prevention

If I do take only supplement what could it be?
(This question may be to clarify priorities or as a result of cost of multitude of supplements).

Garlic of course: because of its healing qualities known throughout history:

6. Even the Israelites mentioned the worth of garlic in the bible. Numbers 11:5
7. Physicians have long reported the healing power of garlic in improvement of certain medical cases such as Asthma, Lung Infections, Tuberculosis Bronchitis, and Athletes Foot e.t.c.

1. GARLIC IS CONSIDERED A POWERFUL ANTIOXIDANT WHY?
